To provide direct projectmanagement support to Parking Management Team and Head ofService
To assist the ParkingManagement Team and Head of Service with preparation andpresentations to Committees and all other types ofmeetings.
Assistthe Parking Management Team in preparing a strategy to effectivelyanalyse the current Parking Services contract in order to select asuitable form of contract to retender the service for the go livedate of 1 April 2027 which provides best value for money to theAuthority.
The production and deliveryof highlevel service development and enhancement projects inaccordance with Committee Scrutiny and Board requirements andexpectations
To monitor and manage theassociated budget. to interrogate and manage back office softwaresdeployed by various contractors for management ofservices.
To work in conjunction withthe contractors suppliers and officers across the two boroughs todetermine customer needs and preferences and to participate ininitiatives and be able to identify and implement a servicedelivery approach that produces a range of efficient qualityservices reflective of customerexpectations.
To establish and developeffective working relationships and productive partnerships withall the relevant partners including those in e.g. education healthsocial services independent and voluntarysectors.
To participate in thedelivery of projects and programmes of work in relation to elementsof service to improve customer satisfaction and value for moneyoutcomes for the Council.
To dealpromptly with all matters requiring the post holder s personalattention and as assigned tothem.
