As Head of Marketing, the opportunity is to work with the leaders of each specialist brand to help shape their marketing strategies targeting their unique clients and candidates whilst promoting our unified culture and employer brand. Responsibilities Create marketing strategies and plans for each recruitment brand, enhancing their reputation in their markets in turn enabling them to attract clients, candidates and potential consultants. To develop an “inbound” marketing and digital strategy creating value for current and future customers Review current marketing practices specifically around Content, Digital, Technology, Social Media and Employer Branding and look to establish more strategic objectives whilst balancing the short-term needs of the business Build and implement a comprehensive marketing plan for our Employer Brand ensuring our employee proposition is compelling and relevant to our target audiences Qualifications Experience of working within a Multi-Brand environment Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing 3 years' in digital marketing Excellent written and verbal communication skills Track record of successful management and developing specialist marketing consultants The ideal candidate will not only have an energy and passion for marketing but will also be inspired by making an impact at a strategic level whilst continuing to develop and progress their career.
