* Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs and policies.
* Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments to identify potential issues.
* Collaborate with various departments to provide guidance on regulatory requirements.
* Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management and regulatory bodies.
* Stay informed about changes in legislation and industry trends impacting compliance obligations.
* Provide training and resources to employees to promote awareness of compliance issues.
