Key Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper:
Finance Inbox Management: Take charge of the finance inbox, responding to supplier queries with confidence.
Supplier Invoice Processing: Input, review, and resolve discrepancies in supplier invoices, ensuring accurate payments.
Bank Reconciliation: Perform weekly bank reconciliations across all company accounts, keeping everything in balance.
Payroll Preparation: Gather and verify payroll data for submission to our external payroll company, while managing any payroll-related queries.
Monthly Audits: Conduct regular audits on direct debits, standing orders, and general expenditure to ensure everything is in order.
