Due to rapid growth within the business, we are currently recruiting for a SHEQ Advisor to join our vibrant and dynamic team!

Duties of the SHEQ Advisor:
o Work with Operational teams to help deliver high quality projects to our clients.
o Implement policies, procedures, and Safe working practices on our site.
o Carry out regular Office, Depot and Site Audits and Inspections.
o Deliver Inductions to new teams and personnel.
o Support the management in Development and distribution of Health Safety plans for standalone and Framework projects.
o Provide advice and guidance to all staff.
o Undertake Risk assessments and review sub-contractor documentation.
o Monitor and review training requirements and allocate personal for training to be undertaken as required.
o Undertake accident and investigate investigations.
o Prepare H&S Reports and KPI statistics to senior management.
o Preparing and delivering TBT to personnel as required
o Drive the implementation of the Health, Safety and Environmental initiatives of the organization.
What we are looking for:
* Experience in Civil Engineering and Utilities would be beneficial but not essential.
* NEBOSH General /Construction or similar.
* Member of IOSH or working toward.
* IT Literate.
* Ability to influence positive behaviours amongst all stakeholders.
