Hays Recruitment are currently supporting a Gateshead based organisation with their recruitment of an administrator to join their busy team on a fixed-term basis. This organisation is looking for someone with previous recent experience in administration and availability to start as soon as possible.
Your new role
As an administrator, you will be responsible for a range of tasks and responsibilities such as:
1. Front of house support, welcoming all visitors and notifying the relevant people
2. Supporting with travel booking and expenses
3. Ordering stationery
4. Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the office
5. Supporting senior leadership with administrative tasks
6. Management of incoming and outgoing post
7. Raising purchase orders

8. Previous reception/ administration experience
9. Ability to use Microsoft Office packages
10. High attention to detail
11. Ability to work towards deadlines
