Executive Assistant
Location: Godalming
Salary: £35,000-£40,000

The Role:
The role of Executive Assistant is critical to delivering the long-term strategy of our client – to build sustainable & profitable growth, to be a great company to do business with and to be a great place to work. The role will support the Managing Partners with the co-ordination of business-critical activities, projects and the management of compliance, training and competence audits to enable them to deliver new business and customer retention targets in a compliant and sustainable fashion.
Responsibilities:
* Managing the Managing Partner’s emails
* Managing the Managing Partner’s calendar, including making appointments
* Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner and dealing with them personally or routing calls as necessary
* Organising meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders
* Coordinating travel arrangements and creating detailed itineraries
* Reading and analysing incoming memos, submissions, and distributing them as needed
* Maintaining an organised filing system of paper and electronic documents
* Upholding a strict level of confidentiality
* Preparing reports, presentations, and briefing notes for the executive
* Handling personal tasks for the executive as needed
* You may also be asked to lead a small executive support team.
The Person:
* Live within easy reach of Godalming
* At least 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant to a senior manager/executive
* Comprehensive understanding of office management systems and applications
* Exceptional planning and time management skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Discretion and confidentiality
