What the Job Involves Reviewing, scrutinising, and assessing the Housing Benefit of the current and new caseload of supported (exempt) accommodation tenants and providers. Collaborating with a team that includes an Exempt Accommodation Reviewing Manager, Housing Reviewing Officers, a Fraud Investigator, and an Inspector. Reporting directly to the Exempt Accommodation Reviewing Manager. Challenging, scrutinising, and assessing the components of eligible rent, as well as verifying provider and tenant eligibility. Working closely with the Fraud Investigator, Housing Reviewing Officers, and Inspector. Managing and responding to members’ enquiries, complaints, reconsiderations, and appeals. ```
