Are you an experienced Property Manager looking for a new opportunity? Our client, a leading property management company, is seeking a dynamic individual to join their friendly team. With a rapidly growing portfolio and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, this is an exciting chance to be part of a successful and passionate team.
As a Property Manager, your key role & responsibilities will be:
1. Managing a large portfolio of properties efficiently and effectively.
2. Overseeing maintenance projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords, Tenants, and Contractors.
4. Resolving queries or complaints from Landlords and Tenants promptly and professionally.
5. Handling invoicing and rent payments accurately and in a timely manner.
6. Negotiating costs with external contractors and suppliers.
7. Preparing financial reports as required and managing financial aspects of property management.
8. Liaising with utility providers regarding void periods and billing issues.
9. Ensuring a smooth transition from application through to tenancy for new tenants.
Required Skills & Experience:
10. Previous experience in property management, with a strong understanding of the industry.
11. Financial competence and a good grasp of financial information.
12. Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
13. Working knowledge of property law and compliance regulations.
14. Strong dispute resolution abilities and attention to detail.
15. Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with reliability and punctuality.
Desirable skills:
16. A recognised property management qualification.
17. Full UK driving licence.
Salary & Package:
18. Salary: £25,000.00 – £35,000.00 per year, dependent on experience.
