In line with our Leeds Office Building Surveying growth strategy for 2022, we seek a Project Support Officer/Project coordinator. to adopt an agile working policy, but this role is intended to be office based (subject to Covid restrictions) and to work alongside our Building Surveying Senior Leadership Team in addition to provide central support to our 30+ Building Surveying professionals.
Line managed by the Team Lead, you will be supported and trained as required for the role. This role combines project and governance administration with further specific client facing project support. It may be a great first step into our business for those individuals with future aspirations of more senior office support, marketing / client development or even developing into technical and professional roles.

Responsibilities:
o Project Support duties as required by the Building Surveying team but wider duties to the office may be needed from time to time.
o Bid development support for new and existing business opportunities as needed.
o Developing and executing compelling written and visual content that promotes the company’s services.
o Arrangement and support at hospitality and events.
o Support to our WinWork strategies, minuting and following up on actions and research as required.
o Supply Chain review and processing.
o Ensuring all team equipment is logged, in good working order and all employees are equipped with equipment, PPE etc.
o Liaise with suppliers, finance, internal support functions, local office & other staff as required.
o Managing internal/external training requirements and bookings keeping the relevant systems updated
o General adhoc administration.
o Management of documentation templates and their development.
o Support in the generation of profile profiles and case studies to develop and enhance our business
o development.
o Provide efficient and effective direct support to the Directors/Senior Managers.
o Travel management and bookings.
o Liaise with internal QSSE (Quality, Safety, Security and Environment) representatives to ensure is compliance with company standards and procedures.
o Support timesheet monitoring / management.
o Typing / secretarial support.
Support the Building Surveying Senior Leadership in:
o Leading the wellness / social forum, planning and executing a varied social calendar for the team.
o Managing staff data relating to admin processes including new starters inductions.
o Manage New Starter / Leaver processes (setting up with IT, new kit / returns etc).
o Liaising with client and external training providers and processing purchase orders and invoices for external courses.
o Leading the management of data and compliance relating to Insight and Instore (project data, missing records, service plan and risk assessment completion and QA compliance).
o Oversee delivery of marketing and proposal support provided by the Senior Leadership Team in Building Surveying.
o Manage the data processing for CRM (Client Relationship Management), I-Gate (Project authorisation and job management), providing accurate live data on pipeline and compliance.
o Management of supply chain assessment processing.
o Liaise with internal QSSE (Quality, Safety, Security and Environment) representatives to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
o Assist in the Management of Monthly BAU Financial Data and processing – timesheets, working with our Project Managers and project support officers to ensure finances are closed regularly – support and cover role only.
