Role: Early Years Room Leader
Location: RAF Waddington
Hours: 37 hours
Salary: £12.00 per hour
Qualifications: Level 3 childcare essential
Our nursery setting is for children between the ages of 0-4 years old. We want to recruit an experienced Early Years Nursery Practitioner to take a Room Lead role. The role:
1. Working alongside other members of the team to lead within a room and provide a safe and nurturing environment
2. Key working with an allocated group of children
3. Working closely with the management team to ensure the nursery maintains excellent standards
4. Building positive relationships with the children and parents/carers in the nursery
5. Recording children’s activity throughout the day
6. Providing relevant information to the parents of each child
7. Creating fun and meaningful experiences for the children, focusing on their development plans and interests
