Associate Recruitment Consultant

The Associate Consultant role at Sanderson is your gateway to a fulfilling career in recruitment. Previous experience of working in recruitment is not important, we can provide all the training you need to become a successful recruiter.

* No Prior recruitment experience is needed.

Day-to-day, you'll:
* Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
* Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
* Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
* Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
* Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
* Screen candidates resumes and job applications
* Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
What next?
The Associate Consultant role marks the beginning of your career at Sanderson. Many at this level have advanced to become top billers, senior leaders, or regional managers across our UK offices, or have expanded into new divisions or international roles in Australia, Hong Kong, India, or Singapore.
Within 6-12 months, you'll be ready for promotion to Consultant, where you'll specialise, receive tailored coaching and development, and substantially increase your earning potential.
