Seaton House, the forthcoming 5-star luxury hotel in St Andrews, is seeking an experienced HR Manager. As HR Manager, you will be integral to fostering a supportive and productive workplace culture in line with our high standards of hospitality.
Hospitality experience is essential for this role.
What You'll Do:
* Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with Seaton House and Valor Hospitality.
* Lead on employee relations on property.
* Working with the management team to manage the recruitment, selection and onboardingprocesses (using Teamtailor).
* Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance (using Karero).
* Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management supported by the Employee Relations Manager.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.
* People oriented and results driven.
* Knowledge of HR systems and databases. (EPS, Karero, Teamtailor, Workvivo)
* Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
* In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
