You would be joining the group at the start of an exciting period of growth for the STACK brand and will play a key role in delivering the marketing plans at venue level. You must be a highly motivated and driven self-starter who can rise to a challenge and with a passion for the hospitality and leisure industry. The Senior Marketing Manager will lead the marketing department, driving strategy across all venues. This individual will oversee Venue Marketing Managers/ Execs, ensuring consistent and impactful marketing efforts that align with the company's growth to 15 venues over the next 3 – 5 years. This role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and multi-site experience to ensure all marketing initiatives are executed effectively. The post holder must possess strong communication skills and a high level of business acumen with enthusiasm and commercial sensibility to build brand awareness across the leisure portfolio through timely and creative marketing communications campaigns. You must be a highly motivated and driven self-starter who can rise to a challenge and with an interest in the hospitality and leisure industry. This is a hands on role and an opportunity to join a hospitality/leisure company on the cusp of UK expansion. The STACK brand currently operates sites in the following locations: STACK Seaburn ST. James' STACK STACK Lincoln STACK is also expanding into the following locations: Middlesbrough, Manchester, Durham, Bishop Auckland, Carlisle, Whitley Bay, Northampton, Leeds, Sheffield, Wigan and will be returning to Newcastle at a second site in a permanent venue at Worswick Chambers. Key responsibilities: Develop and lead the overarching marketing strategy, ensuring alignment across all venues. Oversee the execution of marketing activities across digital, social media, and traditional channels. Collaborate with the Venue Marketing Managers to deliver tailored marketing plans for each location, while maintaining a cohesive brand image. Manage relationships with external agencies and internal stakeholders for campaigns and content creation. Lead the analysis of marketing performance metrics, using data to optimise marketing initiatives. Manage the departmental budget and provide leadership for all marketing staff, promoting career growth and development. Work closely with the operational and sales team to support each venue in achieving their sales targets and KPI’s. You will need to have: Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within a multi-site or venue-based environment. Experience in the hospitality/leisure/service industry is highly desirable. Expertise in digital marketing, social media, email marketing, SEO, and PR. Social Media, website content management skills, design and origination of digital content necessary for undertaking digital/social media work. Some experience of creating digital content using design software such as Photoshop, Canva or InDesign would be desirable. Strong leadership skills with experience managing a marketing team. Ability to manage multiple projects across different locations simultaneously. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A quick self-learner, with a pro-active calculated ‘give it a go’ attitude; equally someone who is resilient and recovers well when met with challenges.
