We are looking for a Branch Manager (FTC) to join us at Huws Gray Radstock!
This is a fixed term contract covering Maternity leave (12 months)
If you’re in the trade or have ever tackled a home improvement project, you’ve probably heard of us. We rely on our Branch Managers to support their teams in driving customer sales in order to deliver outstanding branch performance, as well as developing their colleagues to their full potential. Our Branch Managers demonstrate excellent leadership, as well as being approachable, knowledgeable, and passionate about their role. They ensure that their branch is operating efficiently and in line with company policy.

Here’s a quick overview of some of the things you can expect to do as a Branch Manager with Huws Gray:
1. Delivering excellent customer service
2. Taking responsibility for the P&L & customer ledger
3. Generating & developing business opportunities
4. Enabling your team to reach their full potential, through regular in-house and supplier training, one-to-ones, and annual performance reviews
5. Managing all resources within the branch, including stock, machines & vehicles
We know that you are more than just a CV and embracing everyone’s individuality is what makes us great as a team. We can give you plenty of training and equip you with the tools that you’ll need to succeed as a Branch Manager, but previous experience in a management role would be necessary for this position. We would also welcome applications for current Assistant Branch Managers in a similar industry looking to develop their career.
