i-teachers are currently working with a fantastic secondary school located in the Walsall area who are actively looking to add a dedicated, hard-working and naturally engaging Pupil Support Coach to their pastoral department in a full-time role for the coming academic year.
In this role as a Pupil Support Coach, the successful candidate will be required to provide excellent 1:1 SEMH support to students struggling with exam stress throughout the academic year both inside and out of the classroom.

Pupil Support Coach – Role Information:
1. Providing dedicated 1:1 SEMH support to secondary students
2. Working primarily across Year 11 pastoral department
3. Creating tailored academic, social and emotional support sessions
4. Monday to Friday role based in one secondary school
5. Located in the Walsall area
6. Paid £450 per week during term time only
7. FREE online CPD courses – SEN, Mental Health & Safeguarding
Pupil Support Coach – Applicant Requirements:
8. Minimum 2:1 Psychology, Sociology or Behaviour related degree
9. Strong academic background
10. Prior experience supporting development of children or adolescents
11. Naturally outgoing and personable individual
12. Good organisation and communication skills
13. Passionate about supporting the all-round development of young people
