Theatres West are looking for highly motivated, dedicated and suitably qualified Band 6 Deputy Team Leader for Scrub. The post will be primarily based in the Obstetric, Gynaecology and Breast team, however also subject to internal rotation as required.
The post holder will demonstrate advanced specialist practice, undertaking planning, implementation and evaluation of care for patients throughout the peri-operative pathway.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will demonstrate advanced specialist practice, undertaking planning, implementation and evaluation of care for patients throughout the peri-operative pathway. The post holder will be responsible for the quality of care delivered within the clinical area, empowering and enabling the peri-operative team. You will provide expert advice and support for other healthcare professionals and agencies and will deputise for the Team Leader where required.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post. Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
