Salary: £15.43 - £16.58 per hour

Career Teachers are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Family Support Worker and Attendance Officer for one of our partner schools.
Do you have excellent interpersonal skills and high ambition to impact the lives of families?
You must be confident in working with parents, staff, pupils, and external agencies and be passionate about supporting our partner school to build on the positive impact parents already have on their child's learning journey.

For this post, we are looking for a candidate who:
1. Has a commitment to inclusion and a desire to make a difference in the lives of our pupils
2. Is flexible
3. Thinks creatively and strategically
4. Is organised and proficient using a variety of software
5. Has great interpersonal skills
6. Has experience of supporting children across the primary phase e.g. Reception through to Y6
7. Enjoys being a member of a team that works hard to raise standards of teaching and learning
8. Is hard-working with a sense of fun!
