Your Role:
As a Facilities Engineer, you will:
1. Conduct M&E surveys on buildings looking at assets, condition, energy use and carbon reduction throughout the Yorkshire region.
2. Deliver technical reports including cost options, recommendations and design solutions.
3. Work on a varied portfolio of frameworks and projects, predominantly UK-based, across sectors such as Commercial Offices, Retail, Education, and Healthcare.
4. Conduct POE surveys using your knowledge as a Facilities Engineer to learn how successful a building is in real life compared to models.
What We're Looking For:
1. Qualified Building Services Engineer: HNC (or equiv) qualified, possibly Chartered Status or working towards.
2. Experience in mechanical design, post-occupancy engineering services, and property knowledge.
3. Strong technical knowledge in a primary engineering discipline and relevant UK and EU regulations.
4. Excellent organisational, planning, and interpersonal skills.
5. Proven track record in work winning and building successful teams.
