Aufgaben
To promote a positiveand consistent risk culture via the administration and facilitation of thecompany risk process, procedure and software systems.
1. Supported by the organisation’s leadership team, embed a positive risk management culture within the project including administration, delivery and training.
2. Implement Project risk management processes, procedures and systems.
3. Manage the risk register(s) in Active Risk Manager (ARM), Excel or other risk database .
4. Liaise with relevant stakeholders as required.
5. Liaise with project management teams to facilitate regular risk meetings
6. With the support of Senior Leadership, ensure that all relevant personnel are aware of their risk responsibilities
7. Monitor risks on a monthly basis, reporting the monthly status of risk management to stakeholders
8. Compile cost models (QRA) and schedule models (QSRA) when required
9. Facilitate the effective identification, analysis and economic control of project threats and opportunities
10. Liaison with:
11. Internal –all Project Control functions and Project/Programme Management Team
12. External – Subcontractors, Suppliers, Clients Representative, Consultants, Agents of Local Authority / Utilities Providers, Designers and Consultants
Qualifikationen
13. Degree in STEM or an appropriate professional qualification.
14. Prince 2 qualified
15. Professional Risk Manager (PRM) certificate
16. Experience using Risk Management Software, experience using ARM
17. Knowledge of Project Risk Management Processes and Principles
18. Knowledge of Project Management and Planning principles
19. Experience in using Microsoft Office
20. Experience using risk analysis software packages such as @Risk, Safran, PRA
