Then look no further! An exciting opportunity has arisen at the Regatta Group for a Group Paid Social Assistant to help execute the Paid Social strategy across all Regatta Group brands, reaching and engaging new and existing audiences to ensure they drive KPI performance and achieve set targets.
This role will work alongside the Group Paid Social Executive to implement best practice across the Regatta Group. The role will work on platforms including Meta & Tik Tok, whilst looking for new channel opportunities.
This is a highly cross-functional role that works with both Brand and Group teams, to define and deliver best practice strategy, leading and embedding the Group’s approach to Paid Social whilst driving acquisition and conversion.
The impact you’ll have in this role:
1. Support in executing the Regatta Group Paid Social strategy in our core markets to drive brand awareness and conversion.
2. Create targeted content and communications, delivered by working closely with Central Digital teams and Brand teams to ensure content is in line with brand guidelines.
3. Deliver a calendar of activity alongside the Group Senior Paid Social Executive, in line with the Group Digital Trade Plans.
4. Contribute to new and innovative Paid Social techniques and channels, collaborating with the Group Senior Paid Social Executive and Group Performance Marketing Manager to further drive Paid Social visibility.
5. Report on key KPIs to monitor and develop successful Paid Social initiatives.
6. Analysing Google Analytics to aid account performance and compile daily / weekly reports.
7. Ensuring the product feed is performing to full potential.
8. Controlling budget, updating, and monitoring ads and campaigns to ensure they are driving KPI performance and achieving targets
9. Stay abreast of market trends to develop and inspire the Regatta Group Paid Social strategy.

As our future Group Paid Social Assistant you will have:
10. Strong knowledge of various social media platforms e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok and YouTube.
11. A genuine passion for social media and staying up to date with developments in the digital marketing industry.
12. Wider digital knowledge
13. Fluent in English, both spoken and written
14. Proven ecommerce experience, either in-house or at an agency – minimum 1 year
15. Paid Media experience – minimum 1 year
16. A passion for digital marketing and desire to become a channel expert
17. A self-starter with a proactive attitude
18. Highly numerical and analytical with excellent attention to detail.
19. Confident with good communication skills.
20. Ability to be adaptive and versatile in a constantly evolving environment
