Career Teachers are recruiting for qualified QTS or PGCE Information Technology Teachers within schools based around Chesterfield and South Yorkshire. These will be to work on either a full-time and long-term basis or part-time, day to day basis.
Whether you have multiple years of teaching experience or you have recently completed your studies, we want to hear from you!
To be considered for this role you will need to:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
* Proven experience teaching IT at the secondary level, with a strong track record of student achievement and engagement.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/guardians.
* A passion for continuous learning and professional development, with a commitment to staying current with educational best practices and technological advancements.
* Have recent, relevant experience teaching IT at the secondary level (KS3 and KS4).
* Be flexible, committed, motivational and passionate about teaching.
* Have a current DBS or be willing to complete a new one.
* Be able to easily commute to Chesterfield or within the South Yorkshire area.
* Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Be resilient and adaptable to ensure you thrive in a dynamic classroom environment.
