My client has an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Truck Sales Administrator to join their team at their Liverpool site.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
Salary: Starting from £22,000.00 [per annum] dependent on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the dealership's sales department records and systems are maintained accurately and comprehensively.
Ensure seamless integration between the dealership's systems and those of the manufacturer or distributor.
Process all transactions and maintain records with precision and clarity.
Regularly update and verify vehicle and customer records to ensure accuracy.
Provide a consistently professional and welcoming reception for all visitors.
Promptly address customer needs while they await assistance from a Sales Executive or Manager.
Accurately record and relay messages to the relevant personnel.
Ensure all outgoing sales correspondence is dispatched promptly.
Handle telephone enquiries efficiently, considering peak periods and any ongoing meetings
Uphold and enhance the reputation of the dealership in every interactionIdeally, we are looking for:
