We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail orientated Personal Assistant, ideally with accounting or finance experience to support the COO of our growing client based in Chepstow.
The ideal candidate will manage daily administrative tasks, assist with basic financial duties and help streamline operations to ensure a smooth workflow within the executive office. Thei role requires someone with excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem solving and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support
2. Manage the COO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
3. Handle phone calls, emails and correspondence on behalf of the COO.
4. Prepare and organise reports, presentations and documents for internal and external meetings.
5. Ensure timely follow ups and prioritisation of tasks for the COO.
6. Accounting assistance.
7. Assist with Financial data entry, invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciliation.
8. Prepare basic financial reports, such as balance sheets and cash flow statements.
9. Support budget preparation and financial forecasting.
10. Review vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
11. Work with the finance department to ensure accuracy in accounting records and compliance with financial regulations.
