Job Overview
We are seeking a Technical Installation Manager to join our team at PwE Recruitment Group Limited. As a key member of our Site Services function, you will be responsible for managing technical aspects of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) installation works across the UK.
About the Role:
* To oversee the engineering, planning, and execution of site works inclusive of mechanical & electrical installations, servicing, and commissioning.
* To provide direct liaison to internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a clear plan and leveraging support from stakeholders where required to deliver outcomes.
* To liaise with other areas of the business as necessary to organise and attend 'ready for site' sessions.
* To produce and oversee fulfilment of works Risk Assessments, Method Statements, Permits to Work, Toolbox Talks, COSHH assessments, and safe working procedures.
* To undertake site audits/visits, producing and submitting any required site reports and overseeing standards of workmanship & professionalism for internal systems and installations.
* To help the organisation continuously improve and undertake developments in the Site Services function.
About You:
* Relevant project engineering experience within a customer-based or customer-focused environment delivering technical installation & commissioning work scopes.
* Technical background in Mechanical & Electrical installation, as an installer and/or engineer.
* Experience with systems of work such as Risk Assessments, Method Statements, COSHH Assessments, Toolbox Talks, and Permits to Work.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* HNC or above in relevant technical discipline, or significant demonstrable working experience.
