Evolve are recruiting for a growing pharmaceutical company who are seeking a Healthcare Partnership Manager to join their team, specialising in Nephrology. You’ll be responsible for producing, implementing and monitoring your territory account plan, providing a positive customer experience across all engagements, and securing local access to launch medicines while delivering subsequent sales growth.
This is a full-time position covering the South of the UK.

Ideal Requirements for a Healthcare Partnership Manager
1. Previous experience in Nephrology and/or Rare Disease experience would be desirable.
2. Understanding of the NHS, including specialised commissioning and patient pathways.
3. Ability to translate business insights into a commercial action plan.
Role Responsibilities for a Healthcare Partnership Manager
1. Establish strong business relationships with identified key customer groups (clinical and non-clinical) to ensure commercial objectives are met.
2. Deliver a territory account plan that directs activities in key accounts across all treatment settings and stakeholders through individual contribution and also through cross-functional working and collaboration.
3. Engage with payer customer management across the full spectrum of access customer types.
