I have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator/order processor to work for this established company in Stevenage. This is a genuinely lovely company and a very sociable team. You must have previous experience of processing orders and administration but training will be given
You will be working as part of a large team in an open plan, fast paced office environment, providing administration support to the Customer Account Managers and making sure that the orders taken by the project team arrive in a timely fashion, pass through the operations department as required and are dispatched to the customer as required.
Main Duties will include:
* Dealing with an existing customer base of business clients
* Dealing with Goods In queries and issues
* Processing orders through to delivery with the customer
* Dealing with stock management and delivery dates
* Dealing with returns of faulty or incorrect items, arranging refunds or credits
* Responsible for export compliance paperwork (liaising with the Export Administrator)
* Quarantine stock management
* Credit notes applications
* Shipping prioritization
