We are seeking an Internal Account Manager to play a key role in providing customer service and sales support to a range of national wholesale customers and managing all non-sales activities for our national accounts, including major retailers.
The Role:
As Internal Account Manager you’ll be the main point of contact for multiple sales channels, handling everything from order processing to delivery coordination. You’ll ensure the smooth and professional running of the sales administrative operations and be play a key role in managing wholesale customer enquiries and providing excellent support to the national account manager and international sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and resolve customer enquiries, questions, and requests from trade customers.
2. Process orders in a timely and accurate manner.
3. Liaise with the warehouse, operations, and manufacturing teams regarding deliveries, shipments, and stock issues.
4. Proactively manage product launches & promotional activities with trade customers.
5. Communicate clearly with customers on stock availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
