Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. This role is responsible for providing exceptional support to our residents, ensuring they have a positive and enjoyable experience living with Lumis Living.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to resident inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner
• Provide clear and accurate information about our accommodation services, including tenancy agreements and facilities
• Resolve issues efficiently, escalating to the Accommodation Manager when necessary
• Assist with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth transition for residents
• Conduct tours for prospective residents, highlighting the benefits of living at Lumis
• Maintain accurate records of all inquiries and complaints
• Support the organization of social events and activities to foster a sense of community among residents
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within the property or student accommodation sector
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse group of students
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complaints tactfully
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
