On behalf of our client, Nrl Recruitment are looking for an Administration Officer for work in the Cranfield area.
Duration: Initially 12 Months with the intention of extending
Start: asap
Location: Milton Keynes, Cranfield, MK43 0DB
Rate: £15.29p/h
Hours: Mon-Fri on site
Must be willing to provide their own PPE.
Scope of Work:
1. Administration / Technical support certification understanding on Homologation documentation through to final certification.
2. Cross functional working with sections/departments within the AMEO region.
3. Supporting Homologation team with the technical Services in meetings, information requests and supporting documents.
4. Support program delivery with engineers to meet certification schedules.
5. Support Internal tasks set within the technical officer's team, Budget, data collection, internal processes, and basic technicalities on design input.
6. Work within the Nissan mindsets for capability and customer service.
7. Deliverables / KPIs / SLAs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support EMAC database for Homologation document creation.
2. Support with documentation for markets which require their own technical standards and formatting.
3. Use of electronic transfer systems to send and receive documents to authorities.
4. Monitor document dispatch and return, file electronically and hardcopy.
5. Cross functional working with sections/departments in NTCE.
6. Cross cultural working with other Nissan entities and Homologation representatives.
7. General duties and support within the department.
8. Support with managing internal processes making sure correct standards are followed.
9. Support with feedback through verbal and written communication in the life of the certification period.
10. Support with tracking, monitoring, and reporting on assigned tasks.
Qualifications, Skills, and Training Requirements:
1. Good level of education: high GCSE / A level or equivalent studies.
2. Previous education to support scope of work above.
3. Previous homologation or related experience an advantage with Automotive.
4. Roles which were process-driven with attention to detail.
5. A very good understanding of PC Skills.
6. Experience to show good organization skills, attention to detail and evidence of working under pressure.
