You will take responsibility for the control and delivery of smaller, lower complexity packages of work. Monitor, review and report the status of assigned scope of work in accordance with the requirements defined in the Project Management Plan and agreed with the Project Sponsor and Project Manager.

What you will be doing:
You will effective delivery of smaller, lower complexity packages of work.
1. Facilitate & govern PM documents & artefacts.
2. Report the status of assigned work in accordance with the requirements of the project.
3. Manage and report variances to project baseline and report project Key Performance Indicators.
4. Review project data, identify and report trends, highlight anomalies and propose corrective action if performance is outside specification.
5. Ensure effective controls are implemented in accordance with the company management procedures to achieve the project success criteria.
6. Accurate reporting to relevant stakeholders in accordance with the defined timescales.
7. Facilitate and manage risk and opportunity activities.
Who we’re looking for:

8. Equivalent industry experience preferable or Degree level qualification.
9. Some experience in project management.
10. Attained APM Project Management Qualification or equivalent; or can demonstrate equivalent PM knowledge.
11. Working towards membership of Association of Project Management (AMAPM or MAPM).
12. Demonstrate good experience of working & delivering in cross functional teams.
13. Proficient in Microsoft Office, experience of SAP and P6 preferable.

To work for Rolls-Royce Submarines you need to hold a Security Check (SC) clearance without any caveats to that clearance. Rolls-Royce will support the application for Security Clearance if you don’t currently already have this in place.
