With a strategic focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement, they are seeking a skilled HR Advisor to drive employee relations (ER) initiatives and support critical HR projects as they continue to expand their capabilities. Reporting into the HR Business Partner, this role will provide expert guidance on ER matters, ensuring compliance with policies and legislation. You will oversee complex cases, support key consultations, and contribute to project delivery, such as TUPE processes and policy implementation. You will have proven experience in managing ER matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and change consultations. Strong communication skills, the ability to analyse issues and offer pragmatic solutions, and experience supporting HR-related projects are essential.
