Key Responsibilities Quality Assurance : Conduct regular reviews of academic programs to ensure adherence to institutional and external quality standards. Data Analysis : Analyse student performance data, module evaluations, and other relevant metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Policy Development : Contribute to the development and review of academic policies and procedures to maintain best practices. External Engagement : Liaise with external quality assurance agencies and professional bodies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Support for Academic and Non-academic Staff : Provide guidance and support to academic staff on quality assurance processes and best practices. Reporting : Prepare regular reports on quality assurance activities and findings for senior management. Essential Skills and Qualifications A postgraduate degree in a relevant field, such as education, quality management, or a related discipline. Proven experience in academic quality assurance or a similar role in higher education. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy. A strong understanding of UK higher education regulations and quality frameworks.
