## Job Description
### Role Overview
As a key member of the Rullion team, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing business relationships within the UK Nuclear Decommissioning sector. This will include working closely with the Sales Director to develop an account plan consistent with the overall business strategy.
### Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key individuals in customer organisations, personally and for all levels of management.
- Identify and develop routes to market with partner organisations, including collaborative ventures and joint ventures.
- Proactively solve issues with customers, escalating when necessary.
- Be the main point of contact for key customers, working with them on day-to-day issues, ongoing business, and new opportunities.
### Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of business experience.
- Nuclear or other highly regulated industry experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
