Behaviour Mentor | Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 and group support to students with SEMH and behavioural needs
* Implement behaviour management strategies alongside teaching staff
* Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning atmosphere
* Help students overcome behavioural barriers to learning and reach their potential
* Collaborate with staff to develop and monitor behaviour support plans
