The opportunity
University of the Arts London (UAL) is looking for an experienced and goal-oriented Senior Student Recruitment Advisor to help broaden access to UAL through our online courses.
This role will be pivotal in shaping the enrolment journey and the development of the team, helping to create an inclusive and accessible experience for UAL Online students. About you
We are looking for an individual with previous experience in a consultative sales environment, as well as knowledge of sales and lead conversion techniques, and knowledge of CRM and phone, email and chat systems to manage high-volume consultative sales. You will bring UAL Online to life for our prospective students as you guide them through the application and enrolment processes with your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
You will thrive in a goal-oriented environment and love celebrating team achievements. You will use your extensive experience to lead by example, ensuring all UAL Online applicants have access to a high-quality and efficient service.
You will be a self-motivated and collaborative individual who can meet targets in a remote setting. You will possess strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of daily consultative sales tasks.
