Logistics & Customer Service Manager

As a key member of the Operations team, the Logistics & Customer Service Manager will drive seamless execution across logistics, warehousing, and distribution, ensuring excellent service for customers and consumers at competitive costs.
Applicants should have proven working experience in operations or logistics ideally from a FMCG environment
Strong IT skills including Excel and experience working on an ERP system
Strong stakeholder management skills
Outstanding organizational skills
Highly analytical
Ability to build collaborative working relationship-building skills
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely fulfillment of sales orders, new product launches, warehouse operations, and stock transfers to meet customer demand.
- Drive automation projects and improvements across the supply chain.
- Manage customer orders from ERP to WMS systems.
- Liaise with retail partners to meet requirements.
- Track shipments to/from third-party manufacturers to ensure timely delivery.
- Review third-party logistics providers to ensure efficient service at competitive rates.
- Oversee daily operations with warehouse partners, driving change management projects as needed.
- Develop and monitor performance metrics for logistics and warehouse providers.
- Conduct regular inventory checks, reconciliations, and manage stock activities.
- Produce daily and weekly reports on logistics and customer service.
The role is based in Central London, you’ll be required to be in the office 4 times a week.
Salary bracket is £45,000 - £50,000 + up to 20% bonus, pension, healthcare, 28 days holiday + bank holidays
