Provide proactive and reactive maintenance services to the entire hotel under the guidance of the Director of Engineering and the Chief Engineer. Maintain water supply systems, heating and cooling systems, and sanitary and drainage equipment in accordance with local water bylaws and regulations.

* Previous experience in a Technical Services environment

Responsibilities:
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance activities in guest bedrooms, public areas, and main plant/machinery
* Regularly test and inspect hotel water distribution and drainage systems
* Perform statutory cleaning and disinfection of showerheads and spray attachments
* Protect hotel assets and company tools
* Comply with health and safety policies and procedures
* Perform other reasonable duties as requested
