An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit 1.0 whole time equivalent Band 4 Speech and Language Therapy Assistants to our well established Speech and Language Therapy team which provides a service across Hull and East Riding. This post is for anyone interested in working with school aged children with a range of communication needs.

Key Responsibilities:
* To support the SLT in delivery of high level, quality care and evidence based interventions in line with local and national guidance in the identified clinical area.
* To support SLT intervention in both autonomous and multidisciplinary working.
* To plan, provide and evaluate interventions within a framework laid down by the SLT in group and individual settings.
* To participate in the delivery of service specific training as required.
* To supervise/support identified support workers.
* To undertake administrative duties as required.
* To manage a caseload, including self directed planning and time management.
