Your new role
Asa Factory Manager You will be responsible for enhancing workforce efficiencyand streamlining production. Collaborating across departments and your team,you’ll ensure production targets are met and support the continued success of the business.
Your responsibilitieswill include but are not limited to:
1. Managing workflow
2. Managing the team,promoting a proactive environment and ensuring the team is motivated.
3. Maintaining records
4. Ensuring policies aremaintained
5. Fostering a safeenvironment at all times, making surepany health, welfare and safetysystems are followed
6. You’ll overseematerial availability and check stock levels.
7. Uphold qualityassurance on the production line
8. Organise inspectionsand equipment servicing
What you'll need to succeed
Being familiar with asystem house is crucial, and having experience with SMARTs can beadvantageous. However, an experienced production manager will quickly adaptwith support and training.
You will have:

11. Previously held asimilar role in a similar industry
