The ideal candidate must have experience with Sage 50 and advanced Excel skills, including the ability to create reports.Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate sales invoices for various customers using Sage 50.
2. Verify prices and quality on purchase invoices, ensuring consistency with delivery notes on our database.
3. Process purchase invoices in Sage 50.
4. Record supplier payments and customer receipts.
5. Reconcile supplier statements at month-end, identifying any discrepancies.
6. Calculate accruals and prepayments.
7. Perform credit card and bank reconciliations.
8. Maintain and create spreadsheets and reports as required.
