Your new role
Hays is working with a well-known organisation in South Bristol who are looking for a temporary payroll administrator for approximately 2 months. Pay for the role is dependent on level of experience. The organisation can offer hybrid working, 1-2 days from home. The main duties of the role include:
Processing payroll in a timely manner - weekly, 2 weekly and monthly
Create and maintain employee payroll records by gathering and inputting data
Calculate wages and deductions based on employees attendance, identifying discrepancies
Reconcile payroll reports
Answer any pay queries from employeesWhat you'll need to succeed
Previous experience processing payroll
Experience multitasking in a role at a fast pace
Strong attention to detail
Good verbal and written communication skills
High level of customer serviceWhat you'll get in return
