The Acute Medical Assessment Unit (AMAU) at Prince Philip Hospital is looking for dynamic and motivated Registered Nurses to join our team.
The unit comprises of a 3 bedded resus area, 16 ward assessment beds and a 6 chaired ambulatory care area. Experience will be gained in each of these areas and there is the opportunity for continued professional development, leading to the enhancement of your clinical skills.

Main duties of the job
You will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills in extended roles, such as Venepuncture and Cannulation, ALS, NIV, and the management of patients with various medical conditions.
AMAU supports long day working. Candidates are required to work flexibly across day and night rotation. Rotations across different areas of medicine would be considered if desirable.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
