This involves taking charge of rostering Senior Carers and Personal Care Assistants, ensuring a high level of care for our customers by coordinating their schedules, and managing the rosters of Senior Carers and Personal Care Assistants.
We offer a competitive salary of £37,000 per annum, which reflects the importance of this role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
