Success like that demands a high performing team – and we’re looking for a National Account Manager who can manage three of their biggest grocery accounts. Reporting to the Head of Grocery, you’ll be bringing their commercial strategy to life and building on the already successful relationships with their retail partners to ensure the delivery of P&L & JBPs, as well as supporting new line listings and delivering the overarching commercial plan. It’s not a walk in the park – standards are high, the pace is fast & you’ll need to draw on your strengths in relationship building to ensure you’re winning the hearts and minds of buyers and internal teams. It goes without saying that you’ll have strong Account Management skills gained from the UK FMCG market – a minimum of 2 years is ideal. And you’ll be results orientated and highly numerate with strong analytical skills which enable you to make decisions based on the data and deliver the results you and your team need.
