The Role:
We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work across all year groups As a valued member of our team, you will:
* Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups of students.
* Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management.
* Foster an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
* Support children with additional needs, including SEN and EAL, where required.
* Promote positive behaviour and contribute to the social and emotional development of pupils.
What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate will:
* Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
* Have experience working within a primary/secondary setting.
* Demonstrate a caring and patient approach, with a genuine passion for supporting children’s education.
* Possess excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Be adaptable and proactive, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
