Who we’re looking for:
Our Referral & Assessment Team are looking for a highly skilled Locum Social Worker. By working in close partnership with families and other professionals to understand more about the support families may need to safely and effectively parent, our team’s clear aim is to identify where the appropriate support can be obtained. Adopting relationship-based practice, enables us to strive to ensure all our children and families have meaningful and professional encounters with our Social Workers.
The ideal candidate for this role:
1. Will be dynamic and flexible with great inter-personal skills
2. Will have excellent recording skills
3. Have a sound knowledge of children’s legislation and thresholds
4. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multi-task.
