We’re looking for ambitious Developer to join our technical team and help execute on our growth strategy for Klipboard solutions. This is a rare opportunity to join a growth stage technology company, working with a close-knit team to uncover new opportunities and position yourself for success and rapid career progression as we have plans to rapidly scale the team over the next 12 months. We are currently growing at a rapid pace with customers using Klipboard globally to manage their business operations. To support this growth, we are looking for an all-rounder in full stack development. We don’t expect you to be an expert in everything, but a fundamental understanding of how things work is important. This role will be responsible for working within a small team to further develop our SaaS platform which is focused on enterprise mobility. Our platform intelligently helps businesses such as Caterpillar, Oxford Instruments to manage their mobile workforce in order to operate smarter and more efficiently for the delivery of service jobs in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
10. Participating in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on developing scalable, resilient systems that deliver business value.
11. Writing unit / integration tests along with production code to produce a reliable product.
12. Working with a wider team of developers and UX designers to create and build new features.
13. Understanding and providing feedback for technical and design requirements.
14. Providing technical support to internal teams.
15. Staying abreast of and (where necessary) applying the latest emerging technologies.
16. Helping improve code quality and existing functionality.

Essential Skills
23. Computer science or similar related experience.
24. 2-5 years proven track record in a similar role.
25. Ability to lead product development road map and coordinate with other key stakeholders
26. A comprehensive knowledge of C# / .NET framework
27. A comprehensive knowledge of Data API and web services development
28. Good knowledge of nHibernate including Fluent
29. A good understanding of Agile & full stack software development life cycle
30. A good understanding of OO programming languages.
31. A good understanding of Agile Programming Methodologies
32. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
33. Able to work both individually and as part of an agile team.
34. Able to actively participate in technical and commercial discussions.
