Job Description
An opportunity has arisen for a Technical Director or a strong Associate Director to join an engineering design consultancy that specialises in civil and structural design works across Rail and Highways.
Based from Their Glasgow office you will managing projects through inception to business case, to planning, right through to implementation and handover. Their services stretch across both the public and private sectors, and for large and small organisations.
Key responsibilities:
1. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders and dealing directly with Clients, this will include building close relationships with them.
2. Departmental P&L responsibility, with a focus on driving profitability and winning more work.
3. This position offers a high level of autonomy, particularly in the management and development of the Scotland office. You will have the freedom to shape the direction and growth of the office, with the flexibility to explore innovative approaches and take ownership of your projects.
4. You will be responsible for the line management of an experienced and well-established team, providing guidance, support, and leadership to ensure continued success and high performance.
