Our client, a well-established business with over 100 employees, is seeking an individual to join their small, friendly Sales Administration / Customer Services team.
About the Role:
As a Sales Administrator / Customer Service Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting customers, focusing on incoming calls, emails orders and queries in a timely and patient manner. Given your relationships with Customers, there is the additional option to assist with Credit Control during periods of absence and annual leave. The position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Manage incoming calls and customer service enquiries in a timely and patient manner
* Accurately process customer orders providing support with pricing queries
* Provide administrative support for the team members in the office along with the sales team
* Opportunity to assist with Credit Control activities during periods of absence and annual leave
* Working with Microsoft Business Central (full training provided if not previously used)
